This device comes in the format of an ID card holder that can be clipped to the wearer. The holder contains a microphone and a GPS tracking device. These discreet lone worker devices are designed to allow the wearer to activate an alarm easily, discreetly and in a variety of ways to best suit the diverse needs of the wearers that use them. They are monitored 24/7 to give our customers the peace of mind that help is at hand should it be required. They come in three different models to suit the many different situations they are used in with a variety of functions such as:
Amber Alert
Allowing the wearer to raise an alarm before entering a potentially dangerous situation, if not deactivated within a predetermined time a Red Alert is automatically activated.
Red Alert
Instantly alerts the monitoring station and allows the controller to listen indirectly and take the most appropriate action. The audio is also recorded for use at a later date.
Man Down
Allows the unit to raise a red alert through the wearer being in a horizontal position or the unit receiving a sudden impact.
GPS Positioning
In the event of a red alarm, the monitoring station can pinpoint the location of the wearer to within 4 metres. The unit can also be set up to respond to immobility in the event the wearer doesn’t move outside a predetermined range within a certain timescale.
